Marquee Wedding
Sometimes a wedding planner's true value reveals itself in moments of crisis and M&A celebration is a testament to why having an expert by your side matters.
Just one week before their wedding day, disaster struck when their marquee company went into liquidation. The bride called me in tears, fearing their dream day was lost. Within 24 hours, I had sourced and secured a replacement marquee, all furniture, staging and lighting. The wedding was not only saved it was spectacular.
Set in the beautiful garden of the bride's family home, their day unfolded with a heartfelt celebrant ceremony, followed by a drinks reception where a harpist and a magician providing close up entertainment.
As golden hour approached, guests were invited to dine alfresco, think Italian courtyard inspired styling and overhead lighting. Exceptional food was followed by the pièce de resistance: a show stopping giant banoffee pie in place of traditional wedding cake. The evening concluded with a live band that kept everyone dancing late into the night.
