My approach is personal and hands on, I attend every site meeting, either by your side or on your behalf, so you never have to worry about whether something's been handled.

I organise airport transfers, source and coordinate accommodation for your guests, create personalised welcome packs and develop a detailed itinerary so everyone knows exactly what to expect. We're not just planning a wedding, together we are orchestrating an experience for people travelling across the world.
I source all your suppliers, presenting you with fully vetted options that align with your style and budget so you can make informed decisions with confidence. Then I take care of all the administration: arranging appointments, booking meetings, ordering samples and handling every piece of wedding related paperwork, phone calls and emails across all your celebration days.
I help you manage your budget, track payments, develop your multi day schedule and liaise with all your suppliers to ensure complete clarity on how each day will unfold. Throughout the process, I'm always on hand with expert guidance, from stationery wording and menu planning to drink quantities, accommodation logistics and cultural considerations that might be important to you.
In the weeks leading up to your celebration, I confirm every detail with you and your suppliers. Then myself and my team are there on the ground managing your events, decorating your venues or marquee and acting as the point of contact for both guests and suppliers across all days. You focus on the experience and the joy of being with your loved ones; I focus on making it all happen seamlessly.
